Both programes are downloadable as source code (.OPL), allowing you to check it out/ modify it before compiling it.

1. Program to convert between antipsychotics (5Kb)

This program allows you to:

  1. Convert chlorpromazine doses to other antipsychotics
  2. Convert other antipsychotics to equivalent chlorpromazine dose
  3. Convert oral antipsychotic to weekly depot dose
  4. Convert depot dose to daily oral antipsychotic dose
It uses conversion factors from the 1999 Maudsley Prescribing Guidelines to perform its conversions.

2. Creatinine Clearance Calculator (3Kb)

With this you can use the serum creatinine and 24 hr urine results to calculate the creatinine clearance for a patient on Lithium (or prior to lithium therapy). Also included is the ability to use the Cockcroft and Gault formula to calculate the GFR from age, height, weight, sex, and serum creatinine.
